Qualifications - ONLY THOSE WHO MEET MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR EMPLOYMENT
*
Banking experience in new accounts or loan support is preferred. Other banking experience would be considered based on longevity in position and job performance. Absent this, we will consider a steady work history with at least one year customer service experience from another industry;
*Knowledge of Bankway would be ideal;
*Moderate keyboarding skills;
*A working knowledge of Word and Excel for daily tasks;
*Ability to demonstrate initiative, be goal oriented, possess organizational skills, appear professional and have effective written and verbal communication skills. 

Primary Objective - To provide a lender and customers throughout the process support with commercial, consumer and real estate loans and to serve and assist customers with their banking needs in a manner of excellent customer service; to be knowledgeable of new and existing Bank products and services in order to assess customer needs, and to accurately perform duties in a team-oriented environment (i.e. working in harmony with all bank employees). ALL job duties require strict adherence to applicable federal and state rules and regulations as well as Bank policies and procedures.

Responsibilities - To prepare or complete loan applications, renewal agreements and transaction tickets; assist or be responsible for clearing exceptions, correspond with insurance companies to verify coverage; process credit reports and prepare adverse action notices; proof documents and verify all information before the loan is forwarded to Loan Operations or is closed; take loan payments, transfer funds; responsible for customer and other correspondence and communications; open new accounts; general clerical duties and any other tasks as assigned.

Regular attendance according to the work schedule is necessary and essential as is receiving detailed information verbally, in person and by telephone. Extensive reading and computer use is expected the majority of the time.
